What Does the ASB Do?

ASB stands for Associated Student Body and it represents the interests and goals of Sacramento New Technology High School’s entire student body. Students in ASB are the leaders and decision-makers for our school. Students who join ASB do so because they know that a positive atmosphere during the school day where students feel wanted and accepted is critical to their success. To that end, the elected officers and members of our ASB Student Leadership Team focus on providing engaging activities that ensure a well-rounded high school experience.

Students in ASB plan, organize, and participate in the following activities:

Spirit Weeks

Spirit Rallies

Game Days

Fresh Fest

Advisory Olympics

Tech Fest

Club Rush

Campus Beautification Projects

Cultural Events

Staff Recognition

In addition, they run our Student Store and oversee all the expenditures of school clubs.
